In Person Counseling

Traditional In-Person Counseling is offered by Jennifer Duque, LCPC in her Chicago suburban counseling office.

 

Staff

Jennifer Duque, LCPC:   Jennifer Duque is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Illinois.  She has her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has been in the mental health field for over 15 years.  Jennifer has extensive experience working with victims of trauma including domestic violence victim, sexual assault and rape victims, and victims of child abuse.   A great deal of her work is with couples and families dealing with relationship issues and family issues.  Jennifer runs a general mental health practice, where she sees clients also struggling with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders.  She also works with parents on parenting issues and works with adolescents as well.  She is a provider for many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Services Provided

Individual Counseling:   Jennifer sees adults and children (age 8 and up) for individual counseling.

Couples Counseling:  Jennifer sees couples in dating or marital relationships.  Jennifer sees couples in heterosexual relationships or same sex relationships.

Family Counseling:  Jennifer works with families in need of family counseling.

Group Counseling:  Jennifer facilitates periodic support groups.

Insurance/Payment

Jennifer is an in-network provider for many insurance companies including BlueCross BlueShield (PPO), Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Unicare, and many more. 

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card.
