1.  Request a Private Live Chat Session at Schedulechat@counselingandlifeskills.com.  We will work together to find an appointment time that works best for both of us. 

2.  Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirming your time slot with instructions and a link that you will go to at the time of your session.  

OCLS utilizes the private chat room service www.Chatzy.com. Feel free to take a look around this site before your session begins. 

Þ Not registered with Chatzy.com?  Click to their site sometime before your session and complete a brief registration (only takes about 1 minute).  For your privacy and protection you will be asked to create a username and password.  NO DOWNLOADS NECESSARY!

Þ Remember, you will be invited to your live/private chat counseling session via email.  For your privacy, only individuals invited via email by their counselor will be able to enter a private chat room.  YOU MUST ENTER YOUR PRIVATE CHAT SESSION BY CLICKING ON THE LINK THAT  YOU RECEIVED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
